Boat dealership looking for someone with previous boat experience for parts/service counter.

JOB DUTY CONSISTS OF:
Service Writer Duties:
Check in boats, create work orders stating customer's concerns
Prepare quotes, get authorizations
Bill and collect for services performed
Submit warranty claims
Customer service. Follow up on customer's requests and provide them with periodic reports by
Phone and email on the status of their service
Follow up on customers after job is completed for customer satisfaction
Parts Counter Duties:
Selling parts to customers, either in person or over the phone
Handling large volume of calls relating to parts
Ordering parts
Stocking parts area with new inventory
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be computer literate
Experience with boats
Knowledge in Marine systems and outboard repairs/maintenance a huge plus
