Attorney for UD Trials- Special Appearances
Legal Document Assistant Firm needs an appearance attorney for settlement conferences and or court trials on Unlawful detainer cases in Fresno County. We would like to establish an ongoing relationship, in Fresno County, for cases throughout the rest of the year. Right now, we have a case with a trial date on Sept 17 at 30AM.We are preparing many cases now that we will need help with in the next several months. No commitment required for all cases; we would request coverage one at a time as the need arises.
Fee offered is $300.00 per appearance.
