Berry, Smith & Bartell, APLC, specializes in assisting injured employees during the pendency of the workers' compensation claim. We have offices in Bakersfield and Fresno and are in search of a paralegal/case manager to handle a caseload and assist the attorneys with a multitude of tasks. The current position is available at our Bakersfield office.
Interested applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, typing, communication and writing skills, and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred. Interested applicants should have 3-5 years experience in the workers' compensation arena.
