The primary responsibilities of the Courier/Driver will be to support the operations department by ensuring customer service, courtesy and timeliness of pre-scheduled sample pickup and drop offs.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Must pass a DMV check.
Must be insurable through our company auto insurance at all times while employed.
Serve primarily in a production atmosphere as support.
Maintain records of sample pick up and drop offs.
Ability to drive long distances (100 mile radius from Fresno) and may include up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to keep pre-scheduled appointments.
Positive interaction with customers and basic understanding of the services offered.
Responsible for cleanliness and preventative maintenance of company vehicle.
Responsible for housekeeping in the receiving area to maintain a superior level of cleanliness.
Provides assistance by disposing of cardboard or trash in the dumpster.
Performs all activities in a neat, safe, hygienic, and efficient manner.
Communicates with all staff to ensure quality and efficient service.
Maintains customer satisfaction and appropriate confidentiality.
Maintains a professional attitude and acceptable working relationship with coworkers, offering assistance when applicable.
Assists with production duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Applicant will possess a high school diploma or GED.
A valid California drivers license.
Must have a good driving record.
