Program Director Community Integrated Work Program
We are a private, for-profit corporation offering behavioral and vocational services to people with developmental disabilities. We are searching for an effective leader, creative, and caring to lead our Fresno Program in the position of a Program Director.
Position Requirements:
Master's Degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant human service field.
At least three years experience in managing or directing a human service program or program component is required. Applicants must have effective leadership and team building skills.
Familiarity with the behavioral or cognitive modes of therapy a plus.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Personal qualities such as organization, self motivation, and good judgement specially during crisis situations are highly valued.
Must be able to pass clearance of criminal and DMV records.
