This is a great position to increase your knowledge in the IT field working as an IT Dispatch while assisting technicians, engineers, and customers.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
First level dispatch by routing calls and email requests to proper technicians
Basic computer repair and new builds
Inventory management including tracking and ordering, shipping and receiving.
Other misc. office duties including light kitchen cleaning, empty trash, recycle boxes.
Successful candidate will gain experience in all of these areas and will have opportunities to grow with the company.
Job Requirements:
Computer Repair experience.
Customer Service experience.
Driver's License
Some College or BS Degree
Be able to pass drug test / background check

Be comfortable in a busy environment while keeping focus on the task at hand.
Full time position. Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm, schedule may vary.
