Compensation package includes:
1. Competitive pay based on experience and training. Unarmed base $12.75/hour, Armed base $13.00/hour.
Additional experience and training is considered. Differential for working weekends. Paid Vacation program. Attendance bonus program. Exposed Firearm sponsorship program.

(EXPERIENCED OFFICER)
OFFICER WITH GUARD CARD AND AT LEAST 2 FORCE OPTIONS INCLUDING FIREARM.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SECURITY EXPERIENCE OR APPROPRIATE SCHOOLING AND AT LEAST 6 MONTHS WITH F.A.S.T. IN GOOD STANDING.MAY ALSO BE APPOINTED BY CHIEF.

OFFICER MUST HAVE MADE OFFICER LEVEL 3 BEFORE APPOINTMENT AND MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED TO SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT STAFF THAT THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE GOOD BUSINESS DECISIONS AND BE IN CHARGE OF EMPLOYEES AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
CORPORALS WILL DIRECT REPORT TO SERGEANTS, LIEUTENANT, AND CHIEF IN THAT ORDER.

SERGEANT
MUST HAVE SATISFIED ALL POSITIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ABOVE AND MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND DEMONSTRATION OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS. MUST BE ABLE TO SUPERVISE MULTIPLE OFFICERS AS WELL AS DEAL WITH CLIENTS ON A FACE TO FACE BASIS WHILE REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. MUST HOLD TO A HIGH STANDARD WITH UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT, AND PROFESSIONALISM.
SERGEANTS WILL DIRECT REPORT TO LIEUTENANT AND CHIEF IN THAT ORDER.

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid and active BSIS Guard Card, Armed applicants must be clear and current on BSIS exposed firearm qualification (FQ) permit with up to date re-qualifications.
Applicants must own appropriate duty belt, duty equipment, their firearm(s), and a duty holster with appropriate retention level 2 or higher if armed.
Must have valid California I.D. Card or Driver license.
Minimum of 3 months of paid security, law enforcement, or military experience, or equivalent training.
Applicants must be able to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, and/or walk for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions, while in full uniform.
Must have reliable transportation.
Open availability is required for full time positions, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a working smartphone and be proficient in the use of mobile devices.
6 month probation applies to all new hires.
