PC Station Inc., a computer retail store in Fresno is looking to hire an in-house Sales/tech representative who has strong selling skills and a good grasp on computer hardware. If you love computers and "Geek Out" when you see new hardware or when new tech is released then this is the place for you. You must have great communication and customer service skills. You will be dealing directly with customers in a retail environment, via email, phone, and social media. We are looking for someone who enjoys constant learning and appreciates working in a team to deliver the best products and service. Overview of Job Requirements
Able to assemble, diagnose and repair computers as well as provide computer related support over the phone.
Have a positive attitude and a natural willingness to learn and want to help others
Have computer sales, repair and customer service experience.
Familiarity with current technology including computers, computer components: routers, WiFi cards, Windows, tablets, Smartphones and other devices
18 years of age or older
High School Graduate or GED required, preferably A+ certified.
Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
Ability to complete a pre-employment behavioral assessment
