Datapath is looking for a qualified Technical Sales Support to join our sales team and help us achieve our sales goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors with queries about service, products, orders and deliveries while providing excellent customer service to clientele and reliable support to the sales team.

Our ideal candidate will have some sales experience with a strong understanding of customer service best practices, quoting, vendor relations and inside sales tasks. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a winning team, we would like to meet you.

DUTIES:

Follow up on inside sales opportunities, processing orders and quotes via email or phone

Check data accuracy on orders and invoices, seeking pricing from vendors and registering deals

Ensure pricing and contracts are accurate and up to date

Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries, following up on delivered quotes and pricing requests

Liaise with vendors to ensure registered sales and retrieve pricing in a timely fashion

Prepare Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) alongside the Pre-Sales Design Engineer

Processing post TBR action items and ensuring completion

Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM

Create and maintain monthly sales reports as requested

Communicate important feedback from customers

Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.

Weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales Operations Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers

On-going education, training and maintenance of technology and product specific knowledge

Other duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous work experience as a Sales Admin or Sales Support

Must have technical support experience

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (Excel in particular)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent organizational and multitasking and communication skills

A team player with high level of dedication and ability to retain new information

Ability to work under strict deadlines and be detail oriented while prioritizing workload

Must have reliable transportation, current CDL and auto insurance coverage

Must be able to successfully complete DOJ Live Scan background check
