PDS Plumbing & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Sales Technician who can diagnose, repair, and sell HVAC solutions. If you have strong technical skills, the ability to create sales estimates, and excellent customer communication, we want you on our team! Prior sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups.
Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to customers.
Create detailed and accurate sales estimates.
Clearly communicate system issues and upgrade options.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
Availability for flexible hours and one-call service.
