- Serve as the main IT onsite representative, supporting employees with day-to-day challenges and liaison for remote managed services
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Process team member on-boarding and terminations to include IT equipment configuration, setup, removal, and access controls management.
- Troubleshooting technical faults and resolving network issues
- Replace or repairing the necessary parts
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Manage IT inventory and purchasing in addition to enterprise-wide asset tracking
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar role
- Experience with Windows Administrations, Active Directory, Domain Policy. NetSuite experience is a plus!
- Knowledgeable in networking and server management practices. A+ Certification, Layer 3 networking, TCIP, Microsoft, or Cisco is advantageous
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
