- Architect new business interfaces with detail design and considering the reusability /refactoring in design.
- Conduct test in Pre-Production environments and test case management.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate EDI trading partners and 3rd-party vendors requirements and internal/external user needs for process improvement, upgrade, system implementation, system enhancement, or issue resolution.
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Utilize standard Project Life Cycle (“PLC”) templates to write process documentation and technical specification.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including unit, system, and integration, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Provide orientation to end users for all modified and new systems.
- Support EDI and all internal/external trading partners and business units
