RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Microsoft Navision - Microsoft Business Central 365 in Garden Grove, CA.
Responsibilities: Lead a team dedicated to supporting, maintaining and enhancing ERP Financial applications Write Plug Ins for Navision Maintain an accurate record of the accounting data requirements for each legal entity where data is managed by the team along with timelines where data remediation is required and continually monitor the status against these requirements Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of solutions in the ERP Establish and enforce end to end solution and documentation standards Ensure end to end solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions and process areas Manage stakeholder relationships; understand business priorities and strategic initiatives Align the team's work to business priorities and resources and capacity to satisfy demand Provide input to the portfolio and systems integration roadmap Ensure all process standards are followed Proactively recommend improvements for internal processes Motivate team members to achieve team and individual goals Create a collaborative environment that enables peak performance from team membersREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Business Administration or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required; CPA and/or MBA highly desirable 5 years of experience with Microsoft Navision-Microsoft Business Central 365 Experience with Magento Proficiency in understanding business problems and opportunities, collaborating on requirements, and translating requirements to technical specifications Knowledge of and experience working with finance and accounting processes Proficiency in understanding business problems and opportunities, collaborating on requirements, and translating requirements to technical specifications Strong Project Management skills Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing with a broad base of internal and external customer Distribution or Retail Industry Experience is a plus Advanced problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS OfficeKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
