job summary:

Randstad Technologies is currently searching for a Network Operations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for the Independent Provider Network for urgent issue resolution. They quickly respond to inquiries and issues to ensure minimal impact to the Member's experience. This role is 100% in the office.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Cultivates and maintains strong, positive working relationships with the independent transportation provider network.

- Provides coverage for the Provider phone line and Chat system

- Rapidly and effectively responds to urgent and same day communications with Independent Network Providers to resolve issues as they arise, such as reroutes, member no-shows, etc.

- Monitors provider delays and acts in real time to adjust routes / reroute trips to avoid delays.

- Provides daily quality reporting to leadership.

- Coordinate with Customer Advocate team to update / obtain information to resolve pressing issues with trips.

- Ensures accurate trip data input
