Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Genesys Interactive Insights Consultant in Glendale, CA. This is a full-time role with annual base salary plus benefits. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully. Must Have:

  • Experience with Genesys Interactive Insights (GI2)
  • Experience with Business Objects, and InfoView environments
  • Experience with Genesys Customer Experience Insights (GCXI), and MicroStrategy environments
  • Experience with SQL in ORACLE DB environment and data query tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD
  • Experience utilizing Genesys Interactive Insights (GI2) to analyze custom Telephony and IVR Interactive Insights reports and metrics
  • Experience in designing, managing, and delivering equivalent custom reports and metrics in GCXI environment
Nice To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics or similar field
  • Relevant Certification
