Programming Associate Manager - Long term projectPlease send resumes to Overview:The site production team focuses on creating web sites and manages web marketing campaigns using a proprietary CMS. The team works with cross-functional teams to support our Business segments across Studio.Description/Comment:The Programming Associate Manager will primarily focus on programming support different franchises throughout the company. There would be smaller projects and support across the Studios to drive awareness, audience reach, brand affinity, and transactional conversion. The Programming Associate Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams across creative, product, and other stakeholders when needed. The Programming Associate Manager will be expected to provide ideas on improving engagement and help manage programming calendars covering initiatives based on strategy set by the Manager, Production and the Project Manager.Basic Qualification:This role will be responsible for supporting the team on:

  • site execution using CMS and proprietary systems
  • site production
  • site programming
  • site re-designs
  • A/B testing
  • SEO enhancements
  • analytics reports
  • managing calendars
Minimum:
  • Familiar with content, experiences, or brands that primarily serve Family Friendly audiences
  • Ability to excel in a team environment by being proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working on several projects at once
  • Familiarity in digital media or digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with artists, product managers, as well as other internal staff like public relations and lawyers
  • Learn proprietary production and tracking tools quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience documenting and communicating schedules, deliverables, and setting expectations
  • Established communication and organizational skills
  • Skill with Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Some experience in website design and production
  • Creative background and understanding of entertainment media experiences
