- Analysis of incident trends, running queries related to department metrics and related weekly/monthly reporting
- Responsible for daily incident intake, review, follow up and assignment
- Support video review of theft, guest and Cast Member and other significant incidents
- Aid with vendor management, invoicing, budgets and forecasting
- Support investigations into financial irregularities and merchandise shortage in a retail environment
- 5 years' experience in analytics and/or financial reporting
- Solid experience in Excel and Access as well as the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook email
- Self-starter who is organized and can work with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to work from home - W. Coast time zone preferred
- Retail experience is preferred
