An international executive search firm with offices across LA is looking to add a Sr. UX/UI Designer to their growing team. This role will work across the product and engineering teams in order to design new features on one of their core products. Specifically, this is a B2B Saas application which functions as a career development system for business' and consumers alike. You will be working remote with an established group within an innovative organization. Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of UX/UI Design experience
- Strong exposure designing across B2B Saas products
- Experience working on a small team within a large organization is strongly desired
- Ability to work autonomously and drive execution
- Experience with Sketch, InVision, and Balsamiq
- Strong communication skills/good personality
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any hands on development experience with Javascript, React.js, HTML, and CSS
