Call Center, Customer Service Representative
Air Tech HVAC, a licensed contractor (CSLB # 955202) providing HVAC, Solar & Windows sales and service, is currently seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast growing business. This position is full time with benefits available to eligible full time employees following completion of an introductory period.
Job Duties:
- Answering inbound client calls for sales or service, addressing their concerns in an empathetic manner and scheduling appointments as needed.
- Working with management on resolving client concerns quickly and effectively.
- Placing outbound calls to clients to schedule repairs, routine maintenance appointments, marketing for paid tune ups and following up to address concerns or check client satisfaction. Please note this position does require outbound calling as the business needs to keep our technicians working.
- Assisting with office duties including filing, organizing and cleaning.
Job qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and other team members.
- Ability to quickly navigate computer while simultaneously speaking on the phone with the client.
- Be reliable and willing to work, we are a seasonal business and during our peak times the working hours can regularly go beyond the normal 8am-5pm schedule.
- Be a team player, we are small office with an excellent team that gets along well and we want you to be a part of that positive work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and successful passing of a drug and background check are a requirement for candidates who are offered employment.
