SUMMARY:
Make approximately 80 outbound/inbound phone calls per day.
Communicate with medical professionals regarding requests for records.
Position requires a professional and positive attitude, a solid work ethic and be a team player.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic reading, writing, and spelling skills required.
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Minimal Typing.
$15.50 per hour + incentive for high call volume
SHIFT AVAILABLE:
FULL-TIME (M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
