We are hiring swim instructors for our year-round swim program. We are seeking individuals who are positive, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with children. No prior swim teaching experience is required, and all training is provided. Part-time
Starting: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Advancement opportunities are available after 3 months of employment with good standing and every 6 months thereafter.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Morning and afternoon shifts are available. Please state your availability.
General Qualifications:
Must have a genuine passion for working with children
Childcare experience is preferred, but not required
Previous swimming experience is preferred, but not required
Must maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions with children, parents, families, and staff members
CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire
