Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co, is an artisan bakery, brewery and restaurant featuring wood-fired pizza, soup, salad and sandwiches. Our simple menu highlights locally sourced ingredients and made from scratch food. We are looking for a competent baker to make bread and pizza dough one or two days a week in a fun and dynamic setting. Additional afternoon shifts of bakery prep are also available. Our bakery uses high quality organic ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. The bakery produces morning pastry, including muffins, scones, brioche, croissant, sticky buns and more. We make all of the bread for the restaurant and retail sale, much of it sourdough and some baked in our wood-fired oven, as well as our sourdough pizza dough. We also produce all of the desserts for the restaurant, including cakes, cookies, custards & puddings, pies, tarts and more.

A dedicated, passionate and talented baker is needed to assist in creating consistently delicious baked goods at this exciting restaurant. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of kitchen etiquette, a strong work ethic, willingness to work early morning shifts, experience with production baking and experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Experience with sourdough and/or wood-fired ovens a serious plus. This could be a full or part-time position depending on the candidates skills and needs.
