Three Forks Bakery & Brewing Co is an artisan bakery, craft brewery and farm-to-table restaurant featuring beer made on-site, wood-fired pizza, soup, salad, sandwiches and scratch desserts and bread. Our simple menu highlights locally sourced ingredients. We are looking for a competent cook to prep ingredients and plate high quality food in a fun and dynamic setting.
A dedicated, passionate and talented cook is needed to assist in creating consistently delicious food at this bustling restaurant. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of kitchen etiquette, a strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Qualifications & Expectations:
- Prep and plate soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza and small plates under the direction of head chef
- Provide courteous and informative service in an "open kitchen" format
- Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Experience with scratch cooking desired
- Interest in fresh, seasonally appropriate, locally-sourced food desired
