We are located at 8,000 feet elevation atop Donner Summit. You must be hardy, resilient and LOVE snow!
The Housing & Uniform Supervisor assists with overseeing housing operations for Donner Summit Lodge, Village Dormitory and any other housing facilities as needed. Assists with uniform tracking and issuing. Assists with HR office functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Very detail oriented
-Paperwork and some computer knowledge
-Janitorial / snow removal (some heavy lifting)
-Good communication with other departments
-Clean driving record
-Leadership and enforcement
HOUSING DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
-Scheduling daily and weekly tasks for team
-Updating employee room information and communicating changes with personnel
-Assist in room inspections
-Assist in inspections of all rental houses
-Check-ins and Check-outs of residents
-Maintaining communication with night security and seeing that any and all situations are handled quickly and appropriately
-Ordering of supplies for housing
-Immediately reporting any maintenance needs and following up on the completion of those projects
-Day to day cleanliness of all common areas and parking lot - including snow removal and shoveling of doorways and pathways
-Enforce Sugar Bowl Housing policies at all times
UNIFORM DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
-Organize and inventory resort uniforms
-Distribute uniforms
-Assign tracking numbers for uniform pieces
-Launder uniforms as returned during the season and at the end of the season
-A background check is required for this position.
