Executive Client Service Assistant
Job Description and Responsibilities
The Chicourrat Team is looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, high energy, hard-working, and passionate person. This ideal person will undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently with all team members. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. The person will be willing to grow as an individual and be part of a team that has a bigger vision. One must understand and cope with the ability of time management in regards to daily schedule changes and sense of urgency which is key in the daily performance of a successful assistant on the team.
One must have the ability to provide a level of professionalism including Exceptional Client Services with our clients, business partners, affiliates, and co - workers.
Executive Client Services Assistant Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Executive Client Service Assistant will share a combination of responsibilities with Listing and Buyer's agents as well as working with Transaction Coordinator and will have the knowledge and ability to participate in any role when necessary.
To help increase business by maintaining the back office with all administrative support
Create an efficient back office environment with systems and tools in place which will in turn allow the Chicourrat team of Realtors® to work outside the office and focus on increased sales.
Oversee all marketing materials for monthly newsletters, print, social media, and websites
Manage files and support tasks from beginning of client experience to post close of escrow
Oversee and minimize expenses
Provide Customized Exceptional Client Service to create clients for life
Meet provided timelines and goals
Task oriented based on forward thinking for all projects
Schedule appointments and facilitate all scheduling for preparing a home to list.
Work directly with clients providing constant communication for timelines pre, during and post transaction
Maintain with a sense of urgency and respond to emails for Listing Agent
See all given tasks to fruition in a timely fashion and adhere to deadlines
Run necessary errands for inspections, photos, gift purchasing and other work related or personal tasks for Listing, Buyer and Showing Agents
Upload and manage client information and "important dates"
Manage and maintain the team database
Lead and manage team events and coordinate all marketing for each in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Office Assistant Experience
Microsoft Office or Mac Proficient
Excellent writing skills

Compensation and benefits:
Hourly Wage based on experience
Future potential bonuses
Requirements:
Candidate will have flexible work in office as well as remote work Monday through Friday with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
