Loan Processor/ Junior Processor
CARE Finance Group is hiring a processor to help with our expanding volume of clients and files.
Job Responsibilities Include:
-Client communications.
-Collecting documentation.
-Review and verification of documentation.
-Submitting and locking loans.
-Maintaining client records.
-Manage a pipeline of loans through the process.
Our ideal candidate would:
-Be self-directed.
-Be able to multitask efficiently.
-Be organized.
-Have great communication skills - both verbal and written.
-Have experience processing loans or as a part of a real estate transaction.
-Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay will be $15 - $25/hour depending on experience plus bonuses on closed files.
