OVERVIEW:
Under the supervision of the District Manager, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing the pre and post-sales support functions for the Company to current, past and potential new customers. This position is the primary point of contact for all Producers to initiate and complete administrative tasks associated with their region or office responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality service to Pronto internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Pronto Values at all times.
Payments & Documents: Process payments and documents on behalf of the Producers as needed either by office location or throughout the company as needed. Ensure accurate and timely entry of payments and delivery of documents to customers.
Customer Call Backs: Perform customer call backs for payments and/or cancellations.
Contact:Primary contact for District Manager for assistance in office locations as needed.
Activities would include but not be limited to:
Data processing; Entering opportunities and activities
Collect underwriting documents from clients
Scanning and uploading of documents
Assisting with address changes
Facilitating no charge orders
Processing credit memos
Creating Invoices
Discuss and resolve underwriting matters directly with carriers
Payment/pay date inquiries with carriers via phone and online
Verify coverage directly with carriers
Working closely with customer service, or other teams as required or requested
Other tasks, duties or projects as assigned and as allowed without having a license.
