We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As a part of the site team, is responsible to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
The Maintenance Technician position covers 2 properties ( Bear Mountain and Meadow 1 Apartments)

$17.00-$18.00/hour
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience. Technical training in a building trade preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year in skilled maintenance work preferred. Technical expertise in one or more building trades preferred.
