ACS Solutions has an immediate need for an
Integrated Circuit Designer with experience in the Aerospace Industry. This is 12 months contract to hire role and is located in Goleta CA. Our client is a leading Aerospace company.Please review the job description below: Top Skills: IC Circuit, Cadence, CAD, ADC Design, Simulation, Digital Design, Analog Design Key ResponsibilitiesKey skills required are the ability to design analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for image sensor, including analog signal chain, digital timing and image processing, and low-power 12 – 14 bit on-chip analog to digital converters.Required Skill Sets:Experience in full-custom CMOS Integrated Circuit (IC) design at the transistor level. Applicant needs to have a strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, semiconductor processing, linear IC design, simulation, layout, and testing. Expertise with IC Design Flows, Cadence CAD tools, and statistical design is assumed. Flow down and documentation of customer requirements; develop IC specificationsDevelop IC design concept, floor plan, logic blocks, and performance analysis Perform digital and analog design, timing design, and detailed simulationsIC Device Test Support; Provide assistance (as required) to test engineering to perform test verification • A minimum of 5 years experience in ADC design and test is a plus.Prior experience successfully executing quick turn developments for commercial, defense, and/or space industries.Desired Skill Sets: • Knowledge of high-end IC design software design tools for IC circuit simulation, noise analysis, layout and verification. • Experience with Cadence tools is a plus.
