job descriptionCustomer Supportjob summary:Randstad's industry leading client is looking for a Customer Service representative to add to their team in Goleta. These roles are responsible for customer support for specific areas of the product provisioning process. Working directly with both internal and external stakeholders, this role will ensure the accurate delivery of products and services to their customers.Looking for candidates with experience in customer service, wearing multiple hats, and some administrative service or coordination experience.location: Goleta, Californiajob type: Contractsalary: $18 - 25 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: High Schoolresponsibilities:

Executes specific tasks (example: product provisioning) with respect to account management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Manage all tasks and associated communication within CRM system on a daily basis.

Supports ongoing account management, including research to determine the root cause of the issue or problem.Identify best approach for resolving business issues based on situation.

Effectively communicates with regards to provisioning process issues.

Applies basic understanding of customer billing and contractual requirements, escalates issues to appropriate service group and follows up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Applies basic understanding of internal tools for documentation and reporting requirements.

Provides data regarding customer process and input to support management decision making

qualifications:

Familiarity with telecommunications or other technical products.

Knowledge or experience resolving wireless device issues

Prior experience in a technical customer service environment preferred.

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)

skills:

Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and a strong degree of problem solving skills required.

Demonstrated ability to work and communicate well with others in a team environment.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to a broad customer base.

Ability to exercise sound decision and critical thinking skills
