POSITION SUMMARY Cottage Health is currently seeking a strategic, team-oriented and results-driven Manager of IT Infrastructure to join our team of highly skilled IT professionals and leaders, that thrive on challenges and collaboration, and have a passion for leveraging innovative technology to solve problems The incumbent is responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling the daily IT infrastructure requirements and associated systems. You will manage a team of highly skilled engineers to ensure the infrastructure is functioning efficiently, effectively, and securely for a 24x7, mission-critical, high availability, multisite enterprise. This is a multi-discipline position that requires breadth and depth of knowledge across a range of technical domains. This includes installation, management, maintenance, operations, and capacity planning surrounding a range of technical and administrative domains. In this role, you will supervise all IT Engineering Operational staff, which includes Active Directory, Citrix, Windows, storage, VMWare and Network Engineers to maintain the varied domains and protocols of the enterprise infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience. Preference to a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. Preferred candidates would possess certifications in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, Cisco, Juniper, Citrix Must have experience in enterprise high density and stand-alone x86 servers hardware platforms such as HP BladeSystem, Dell PowerEdge, and other brands. Strong understanding of Windows Server operations and roles. Strong understanding of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hypervisor operations. Strong understanding of other virtualization platforms such as Citrix Xen, Microsoft Hyper-V, and cloud services, and SaaS. Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and storage network technology. This includes hardware devices and software protocols and services. Strong understanding of local, SAN, and NAS storage technologies from vendors such as Nimble, NetApp, Pure, and EMC. Administrative knowledge of MS SQL Server and other databases. Knowledge of clustering, high availability, backups, and log handling is also required. Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server, including mailbox management, database management, high availability, clustering, security, and anti-spam products. Security – High-level understanding of information security principles and technology. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity – High-level understanding of DR/BC technology and methodology, backups, restores, replication, and associated systems from a variety of vendors. 5 years of general system, network, administrator or support experience, and 3 years of dedicated infrastructure supervision or management experience. Preference to 10 years of general system, network, administrator or support experience, and 5 years of dedicated infrastructure supervision or management experience.
