Full time experienced maintenance worker needed for local mobile home park. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge of basic construction, drywall (crack repairs, replacement) & Plaster (Walls, Drywall, Ceilings), Install lighting, plumbing fixtures, install flooring, sinks, toilets, install or repair windows, doors, door handles, plumbing, electrical and other duties as needed.
Must have good references and valid CA Driver License.
Great opportunity for a dependable person with long term prospects. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
