- deploying IT equipment and account/access set up.
- Manage hardware and software inventory and support LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure.
- Support VoIP phone system and video conferencing systems.
- Manage help desk tickets from internal and external customers.
- Manage various infrastructure projects, such as hardware and system upgrades.
- Work closely with various departments to help support, scale, and secure the company's assets.
- Strong Mac and PC administration skills
- Experience managing Gsuite and Single Sign On integrations.
- Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Service Desk, Confluence, etc) and Zendesk.
- Experience in managing Office365 and Adobe.
- Windows Server environment (Active Directory, Group Policies and WSUS).
- Any background with AWS concepts would be a nice to have
- Linux system troubleshooting/knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or AA degree and/or equivalent experience and education.
- Experience: At least 5-6 years' experience with IT system support
