Description:Providence is calling a Physical Therapist for Home Care services ( part time / day shift ) to Providence Little Company of Mary Home Care.Please upload a current resume reflecting all relevant experience.In this position you will:
Provide home health physical therapy within the Physical Therapy Professional Scope of Practice, to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury; assist the patient in reaching maximum ability within the limits of his/her capabilities and the disease process.
Qualifications:Required qualificationsfor this position include:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicareguidelines.
Current California Physical Therapy ( PT ) license.
Basic Life Support ( BLS ) for Health Care Providers by the American HeartAssociation.
Minimum 2-years' experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or homecare.
Valid driver’s license with no excessive violations or accidents.
Maintaining the minimum state requirements for auto insurance.
