Supervises theactivities and performance of service team members

Provides technicalsupport, expertise, leadership, and accountability for daily service tickets issmall projects.

Plans multipletasks that include testing and committed activities for assigned service-relateditems. Supervises employees to ensure schedules are maintained and dailyservice tickets are completed according to customer standards

Provides directemployee mentorship and is responsible for employee development within theirgroup. Promotes, provides training for, and ensures implementation of divisionproductivity tools.

Activelycoordinates startup activity schedules with the customers Project Managers andto ensure correct staffing and correct abilities are provided to meetindividual task schedules and commitments.

Plans and justifiesmanpower, staffing requirements, tools, and other appropriate investments foreffective and timely execution of assigned work. Provides monthly project totalsfor hours worked by each team member, out of scope invoices and assists in monthlyforecasting. Ensures proper job management and cost control by reviewingproject financial statements with the Operations Manager

Directs andsupervises the development of small project startup and commissioning plans andthe use of those plans in the monitoring and control of progress in theexecution of the work. Reviews customer feedback and ensures high customersatisfaction.

Develops on call schedules,maintains timely communications and harmonious relationships between customerstake holders engineering, operations, and sales so that details, discrepanciesand changes can be coordinated to minimize cost and delay

Builds andmaintains an effective service organization committed to customer and employeesatisfaction and profitable growth. Manages or advises on hiring, training,development, allocation. and performance assessment of personnel within area ofresponsibility. Provides the tools, training and environment required toachieve employee success.

Required

Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Required education: High school diploma, state-recognized GED, orstate recognized high school proficiency exam.

Required travel: 10%

Required Experience:

Five years ofexperience in Low-Voltage securityspecifically in Video and Accessbased platforms

Five years ofexperience leading a team or in leading project execution.

Other requirements:

Strong customer service skills.

Good verbal and written communications skillsin English.

Ability to read and understand design and constructiondocuments.

Skilled in the PC applications and in the useof word processing and spreadsheet programs. (Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice.)

Must be able to carry and move equipment andtools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted.

Must possess a valid Driver’s license in goodstanding.

Must be at least 21 years of age toparticipate in the required Siemens vehicle plan

Preferred education: Bachelor’sDegree in a technical field preferred.
