DescriptionRobert Half has a client in search of a SalesForce Project Manager for a contract based in Hayward, CA! It's a 12 month contract with potential to go Full-time.For immediate consideration please send a resume to matt.thoms@rht.com!Responsibilities Manages project development from initiation to closure; defines project objectives, creates schedules, oversees quality control. Manages business requests for functional development requirements. Communicates effectively with Business Units regarding needs, technology and functionality. Uses Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates and timelines. Ensures business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success. Provides advice on best practices and approaches to the team and business units.RequirementsSkills and Abilities: Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and function effectively under pressure Ability to work collaboratively and elicit cooperation with management, team members, and external vendors, businesses and consultants Must be able to bridge the gap between technical and programmatic requirements Ability to understand business programs and needs Must have good interpersonal skills Fluency in MS Office Suite Must possess strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience managing Salesforce projects Strong oral and written communication skillsEducation and Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in business, computer science, process/quality management, or other related academic degree and/or equivalent professional experience Three to five years experience with Salesforce.com development in a Project Management role Must have experience managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including: requirements definition, design, development, testing, training, quality control and assurance, development methods/techniques, testing methods/techniques and implementation planning and execution.Please send a resume to matt.thoms@rht.com!Technology doesn't change the world.
