Splunk seeks an expert Leadership Recruiter to join our Global Leadership Recruiting team. Reporting to the Head of Leadership Recruiting, this role will identify, attract, engage and hire the best and brightest leadership talent for the company, spanning all business subject areas and geographies.Responsibilities:Provide expert mentorship to our leaders and hiring managers to attract, select, onboard, and retain highly-skilled and diverse leadership candidates
Develop leadership search strategies and lead engagements based on deep understanding of business needs and aligned with a solid understanding of the candidate marketplace
Effectively conduct searches across a broad range of disciplines that span all of Splunk’s functional areas and strategic needs
Champion authentic, long-term relationships with top external leaders with a view to understand where a fit with Splunk might emerge in the future
Share weekly updates, metrics and expert counsel on leadership recruiting activity
Develop diverse pipelines of leadership talent that foster inclusive hiring and champion a culture of a diverse set of backgrounds and ideas.
Build positive relationships with Splunkers at all levels, across all functions and in all geographies
Contribute to the design of processes, tools, and systems required to scale and support the leadership recruiting team for the future
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process at the leadership and executive-level, including partnering with hiring managers on position specifications, crafting and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing the interview process, assessing candidates' skills, experiences and attributes, and completing offer discussions
Requirements15+ years of leadership recruiting, ideally with significant experience within a hyper-growth technology environment, and/or prior experience consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment
Strong track record of solving sophisticated problems, crafting creative strategies, and delivering significant hiring impact for a business
Adept at leveraging data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions
Strong domain knowledge and expertise in executive search or executive talent acquisition
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional judgment and executive presence, and ability to interface effectively with senior executives
Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity
Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills is desirable
A passion, dedication and strong track record of successfully engaging, recruiting, and supporting a diverse pool of leadership talent
A natural intellectual curiosity and inclination to disrupt the talent landscape and also deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences.
A bias for action and an innate drive and fierce dedication to excel in the pursuit of business goals
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
