Helpdesk Support Level 1LOCATION: Los Angeles, CAUnder the direction of the HIS Operations Manager, the HIS Applications Support I is responsible for providing helpdesk support to Health Services end-users including clinical staff, physicians, faculty, administrative and other staff. The person in this position will answer helpdesk calls, capture the request and create a ticket in ServiceDesk.
