OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Functional Responsibilities:
Performing managed money operations including trades, daily downloads, weekly and quarterly reports, quarterly billing, rebalances, portfolio performance reports, and money transfers (new assets, plan contributions, distributions)
Coordinating account servicing activities
Managing relationships with internal and external resource providers
Generating and managing communications and tasks by telephone, mail and internet
Fulfilling team requests and dealing with service-related issues
Participating in all team meetings and attending training events
Adhering to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisors and the SEC
Understanding of our investment approach
Education and Experience Requirements:
Technology: Excellent Excel skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED), college degree preferred
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment and/or accounting experience
Experience in financial services industry is not required, but is preferred
