Mad River Kitchen is the kitchen entity at Mad River Brewery in Blue Lake. We are looking for qualified people with a complete skill set in the kitchen and at the register. Our dining style is fast casual using a buzzer system, bussing tables and condiment stations. We are open Thursday through Monday (closed Tuesday & Wednesday) with business hours of 12pm to 9pm. Our main menu is a refined version of pub classics and we use our daily specials to create dishes inspired with flavors from all over the world. We are a small team that can produce high volume while still focusing on quality and details. With equal tip sharing for all employees this can produce a great wage for all team members and a synergy for a great work place environment.
