We operate a structured and organized kitchen using quality ingredients.
Duties can include (depending on experience)
Preparation of daily menu items by following spec and cooking procedures using a fryer, flat top and other cooking methods
Make sure the hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation, starting with the ingredients and ending with the finished dish
Maintain a clean and organized work station including stocking line and inventory (FIFO) of prepped foods.
Follows all recipes, specs, and kitchen procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
We can provide some training but food service experience is necessary
ServSafe® certification, or ability to become certified.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a consistent work pace while working on you feet for up to a 8 hour shift
