Seeking an experienced Prep Cook 35+ hours per week.

Training offered but some experience is required
Duties can include
Preparation of daily menu items by following written recipe and cooking procedures
Maintain inventory of quality ingredients to ensure freshness and quality consistency
Make sure the hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation, starting with the ingredients and ending with the finished dish
Maintain a clean and organized work station including putting away inventory (FIFO) and prepped foods.
Follows all recipes, specs, and kitchen procedures.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
knife skills of a ninja :-)
Food handlers certification
Able to stand for up to an 8 hour shift
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to meet the physical requirements needed to complete the job
