Facilities Lead

Job Overview: We are looking for a facilities lead who has a willingness to learn new things, enjoys remotes agriculture settings and is a great team player. Must have attention to detail, operate large machinery, and have non-commercial Class A license.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Maintenance of irrigation systemÂ
Maintenance of generators
Operating heavy machineryÂ
Light mechanical work
Pulling heavy trailers
ChainsawingÂ
Wood chipping
The candidate must have:Â
Excellent attention to detail
Non- commercial Class A licenseÂ
Ability to work effectively as a team player, proactive and desire to improve
Consistently exercise sound judgment and discretion
Prior experience working for a Cannabis farm is a plus
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
Highly effective organization and follow up habits
No recreational cannabis-use is tolerated during work hours
Must be 21 years or older
