The Social Worker, MSW is a full-time, benefited position and part of our Redwood Coast PACE team. This position provides direct social work services to PACE participants, including assessments, case management, counseling and referral.
Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree from an accredited school of Social Work and two (2) years of social work experience. Must have at least one (1) year experience caring for elderly or frail.
