We are looking for assistant and Lead kayak guides for our tour business in the Apostle Islands. We focus on sea cave tours and overnight camping tours by kayak into the Apostle Islands. Pay ranges from assistant guides starting at $350 per week and Lead kayak guides making as much as $750 per week.
Lodging can be difficult in this area but we do have limited employee housing available where the rent is shared equally among the tenants of the house. (usually around $200/ month per person)
-Must be physically fit with a healthy mind and body
-Must be a strong swimmer (lifeguard or similar certifications are beneficial)
-Must have kayak skills and be willing to learn to do a T-rescue and rodeo re-entry in under 88 seconds.
