Job Overview

Mantek Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Sales / Account Executive to join our team in Southern California. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Foster new business development outside of existing Mantek client accounts.
  • Schedule client visits to develop comprehensive understanding of client company culture to better service them.
  • Intake of job order details from clients such as daily responsibilities, and technical qualifications.
  • Provide detailed job descriptions in ATS database with attention to grammar, search optimization, and job posting.
  • Communicate new job openings and closings, job and credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to recruiting team.
  • Educate recruiting team on client submittal requirements and be responsible for the submittal process of qualified candidates.
  • Follow up on resume submittals to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process.
  • Maintain client centric documentation on credentialing, compliance, onboarding documents, and policies.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/ candidate concerns as needed.
  • Follow up after client/candidate interviews to gain client feedback on candidates.
  • Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout recruitment process.
  • When possible, join and attend professional and industry related networking groups & events.

Who You Are + Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of IT Staffing, and/or technology-related sales experience
  • Knowledge of IT industry, jobs, and market
  • An entrepreneurial attitude / mindset
  • Strong hunting and prospecting skills
  • Client services oriented with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Sense of urgency, diligence, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Bullhorn is a plus!
  • Must have reliable internet connection and computer with Windows 10 installed
