DescriptionA growing healthcare organization is seeking a talented Senior Budget Analyst to join their team on a contract to hire basis. The Senior Budget Analyst will be responsible for the below duties:
Experienced budgeting and reporting analyst in the healthcare industry, specifically with value-based care
Experienced with reporting (done monthly), budgeting, P&L, board reporting, and management reporting
Excel budgeting, lead meetings and conversations, follow up on items, manage P&L statements, and follow and enhance processes
Ability to find issues/gaps and be proactive
Ability to communicate effectively and work with senior leaders and management
Systems: Excel, NetSuite (GL system), Adaptive (budgeting tool), Office Connect (Excel add-in for report creation and pulling data)

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3+ years of healthcare budgeting experience
Strong systems experience with advance Excel
