General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The inbound logistics coordinator will be responsible for all inbound freight coordination. This includes but is not limited to sales support, maintaining inbound records, and schedule planning
Key Skills and Abilities Include:
Background in forage or production a plus
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Efficient in Word, Excel, outlook
Previous weighmaster experience a plus
Excellent math skills

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:
Assume daily scale window set up responsibilities and weighing in of trucks
Upkeep of inbound documentation so it is current and accurate by following all standard processes
Work with team to keep barn maps updated and stage barn maps
Review next day tickets and inform the team of inbound list info for the following day
Communicate with a third party trucking company to arrange pickup of commodities
Answer phones and take messages
Maintain set up and break down of the coffee station
Communicate with marketers to determine which inbound product needs to be moved in
Calculate total inbound product upon completion of designated Lot
Monitor and record mill pickups in the yard
Maintain office supplies including tags, weight tickets, labels, and unloading slips
Follow processes for stack documentation, calculations and
Support production and sales team by completing assigned tasks and answering questions in a timely manner
