Cutting-edge law firm strongly focused on protecting workers' rights related to all labor and employment claims seeks an associate attorney (Spanish fluency is a requirement).
The firm represents workers whose former employers violated their state or federal rights, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified member of the California Bar with a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and that thrives in a team environment. The associate attorney will help to better support the firm's clients by working with other attorneys within the firm. Often times these attorneys will be more junior in experience level than the senior. There is a path to professional growth built into this position so that after demonstrated proven results, you may be eligible for promotion to lead your own team of 2-4 associates and manage your own docket. This is the perfect opportunity for a newer member of the California Bar.
Associate attorney compensation will be $4800 per month as a base salary. There is a guaranteed minimum bonus, in accordance with the firm's bonus plan, that makes the total compensation at least $70,000 within the first year (less applicable withholdings and in accordance with the company's payroll procedures.)
This is a fully remote opportunity. All candidates must have the ability to work from home.
