DescriptionBusy company in Coachella is seeking recruiting specialist to help with recruitment and hiring for upcoming 5-month project.Recruiting specialist would be responsible for recruiting for various construction and project specialists such as:
Construction Specialists
Project Managers
Equipment Operators
Skilled tradesman
Daily operational staff
This opportunity will start as a part-time opportunity, but will build into a full-time opportunity based on the demands of the project.We are looking for a recruiting specialist that has experience handling recruiting on a mass-scale level (200-500 employees), can recruit, hire, and onboard for multiple functional roles, and that can complete recruiting tasks in a timely, organized, efficient manor.Must have strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), and be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a Recruiting specialist who has a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
